Bartz offers a range of solutions for transforming molten liquid aluminium back into ingots.

For example, we provide complete casting systems that include channel systems and cleaning modules positioned between the furnace and the casting station. After the casting system comes a system for removing, storing, stacking, labelling and packaging the freshly cast ingots, which is designed in consultation with the customer.

Depending on the intended use, we can supply casting systems that produce ingots in a range of weights, from just a few grams (granules) to 1,000kg (sows).
